To cancel a subscription (pricing plan), you will need to cancel online through your account.  Refunds will be offered only if sessions and services are not provided as agreed.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please get in touch with me and I will try to reschedule or provide other reasonable and appropriate means of addressing the situation.
