Customers who purchase from Essential Arts will receive ~ Flourishes ~ Essential Arts updates, special offers and related information. You can unsubscribe at any time. Once unsubscribed, you will only receive transactional emails or texts.

Results

We will make all reasonable effort to co-create a satisfying experience with you, but we cannot guarantee exactly how your body and healing systems will respond, or how long results may take. You are responsible for your self-care and how you use the support provided by Essential Arts.

Providers

Classes, sessions and other offerings will be provided by Dawn Hancy, Reiki Master, her students, other members of the Essential Arts team or approved colleagues.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment (consult or session) to avoid being charged for the appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start of your appointment, this will be considered a cancellation without notice.

 

Classes, retreats and other group events you are unable to attend will not be rescheduled.

 

If your provider is unable to attend your class, session or other offering, a substitute may be provided or the offering may be rescheduled.

Sessions: Reasonable effort will be made to reschedule if client is unable to attend scheduled sessions.

Subscriptions: To cancel a subscription (pricing plan), you will need to cancel online through your account.

If you register for a program of a specific duration, you are expected to continue in that program, including payment, for the duration of the program. No refunds will be available. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, class or other program, or the program becomes unavailable, your payment can be applied to another Essential Arts program or equivalent.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email connect@essentialart.net and we will try to reschedule or provide other reasonable and appropriate means of addressing the situation.

 

Affiliates

Essential Arts may promote Affiliate partners who offer services and/or products that are related or complementary to those offered by Essential Arts, LLC, and that we feel will benefit or support the wellbeing of our community members.

 

Referrals

Share Essential Arts with your friends, family and community! Those who refer clients to Essential Arts will receive 10% of the service or package price paid, or subscription for the first month. Referral fees will be attributed to the last referral identified by the client. Thank you for helping to grow the Essential Arts community!

 

Groups and Coaching

Coaching Circle Membership Policy

Your Reiki Practice Circle, PathFinders Circle or other Coaching group membership will renew automatically at the monthly or annual level you choose until you cancel.

Annual Membership automatically includes one free month each year.Groups include an online portal where you can connect with other members and resources. Please review your member settings within the group, such as profile and notifications.

Gathering schedules may be subject to change, so please update your notifications and visit your groups frequently to stay up to date.Your success and enjoyment of group memberships depends on your participation. We encourage you to engage by reading and responding to posts, creating posts, and reviewing the group’s resources.

 

Reiki Healing Sessions & Packages

Optimal Wellness

Monthly plan renews automatically, with 3-month commitment to start.All sessions are virtual, facilitated via Zoom. Sessions take place on the 2nd and 4th weeks on the day of your choice (depending on availability) each month with bonus sessions in months where there is a 5th occurrence of that day.

3-Session Special

Please schedule your 3 Virtual Reiki Deep Healing Sessions within 3 months of purchase.

 

Concierge Membership

We will co-create a schedule of sessions and practice that best accommodates your wellness needs and goals at the beginning of your membership and periodically thereafter.

You may schedule additional sessions as needed, but please limit to one per day unless we have agreed to more due to your immediate need.

Each session may include Virtual Reiki Deep Healing, Welcoming Optimal Wellness Consultation, Reiki Path & Practice Coaching, other services, or a combination.

All services are delivered virtually, generally via Zoom video conferencing.All services offered by Essential Arts team members who are not acting as licensed medical or mental health professionals; no information, advice or treatment provided by Essential Arts should be taken as such. Always seek appropriate professional treatment.

 

Reiki Classes

Recordings of live classes will be shared in the class portal. If you miss a class or want to review the material, please watch the videos.

Students must demonstrate reasonable engagement, understanding of the material and ability to practice the skills taught in the class in order to earn certification.

Prerequisite in training and demonstrated skills and understanding may be required for admission to classes.

Reiki Practitioners who have completed Levels 1 and 2 can apply for Reiki Level 3 Mastery Class.

 

Retreats

Your purchase represents a commitment to attend the full retreat, arriving on time each day and participating in all activities. The immersive nature of the retreat container offers you the best support for success.

If you are feeling unwell, please stay home to take care of yourself and avoid exposing others to potential illness. If you are unable to attend, your payment will be credited to future Essential Arts purchases. No refunds will be issued.

 

Sharing Reiki with Clarity & Confidence Retreat

This program is for people who have had a Reiki Attunement. You can purchase a Quickening Reiki Starter Kit to receive an Attunement before the retreat. See additional Retreat policies.

 

Reiki Mastery Retreat

Reiki Practitioners who have completed Levels 1, 2 and 3 may apply for Essential Art of Reiki Mastery Retreat. See also Retreat policies.

Events
Elevate Women 9/13/25 Event Policy:
This service is only available on September 13, 2025, 10-3 at the Elevate Women Expo in Burlington, Vermont. Please do not book this service outside of that time.
$30 pre-paid online will reserve your 30-minute session.  Cash and check payments will be accepted on a drop-in basis if a time slot is available.
Reiki sessions will be provided by Dawn Hancy, Reiki Master Teacher, Mentor & Retreat Leader, or her students.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time so we can get started promptly and provide the full value of your session. If you are 5 minutes late for your session, we may offer it to someone else, due to the limited time nature of this event.

If the event is cancelled or we cannot fulfill your session, we will make every reasonable attempt to provide you with a service of equal or greater value at another time. Relax & Rejuvenate w/Reiki, Rochester VT
This service is only available on Friday, August 29, 2025, 9-6 at Holistic Healing Haven, Rochester, Vermont. Please do not book this service outside of that time.
If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours in advance so others can sign up. If less that 24 hours, please email connect@essentialarts.net or text 802-989-3967. For no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, no refunds will be given, and you will still be responsible for payment if you have not paid in advance.
If the event is cancelled or we cannot fulfill your session, we will make every reasonable attempt to provide you with a service of equal or greater value at another time. If this is not possible, your payment will be refunded in full.

Wedding Wellness

Wedding Wellness Consult

To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full cost of the session, valued at $97.

Wedding Wellness Welcome Bundle

This bundle includes a Virtual Reiki Healing Sessions and a Wedding Wellness Consult valued at $220 total.

Credit card information is required at registration as a commitment to your self-care and stress relief during your wedding preparation journey.Attend both sessions and the entire fee is waived. See Rescheduling policies.

There is no obligation to purchase any Essential Arts offerings.

 

Wedding Day / Relaxing Reception

If your wedding date changes or is cancelled, no refund is available, but Essential Arts will provide Reiki support for the number of hours purchased, either at your wedding at a new date, if Essential Arts staff is available, or to you and/or individuals of your choosing. Reiki wellness supports wellbeing through relaxation techniques, is compatible with any health care treatment or system, and is not a substitute for any appropriate professional medical or mental health care.

Reiki is not religious or a religion and is compatible with any spiritual path or practice, or none.
