Welcome to Common Ground Retreat Center

Wend your way through the lush green countryside of the Vermont summer to a gorgeous campus with just the right balance of immersion in Nature and comfortable accommodations.

The EcoLodge is the heart and hearth of our retreat, with a spacious, light-filled gathering room and adjacent cozy guest rooms, most with private bathrooms.  

​

Trails, pond and meadows invite you to relax and practice Reiki en plein air or take a hike and unwind.

​

2 breakfasts, 1 lunch and 1 dinner are included in your retreat package.  You are welcome to explore nearby dining options for the 1 lunch and 1 dinner.

You'll have plenty of travel time before and after the retreat to make your transitions into and out of our sacred space together.

Sharing Reiki retreat begins at 1 pm Friday 8/22 and ends at noon on Sunday 8/24 to allow you plenty of travel and transition time.  This is balanced with the richness of immersion in transformational shared activities, private time to reflect and explore, and social time to gather and just have fun.

This self-guided course is a companion to the live virtual class, will help you prepare for the in-person retreat and will be yours to keep using as your practice and Reiki Path grow and develop further.

Do I need to be an advanced Reiki practitioner?

This Is a Title

Nope - all you need is a Reiki attunement!

​

If you don't have that yet, or it's been a while and you'd like another attunement and a refresher in basic personal Reiki healing/wellness practice, Quickening Reiki / Reiki Revival is included in the Full Bundle or you can purchase this program separately.

Is this just for professional Reiki practitioners?

Meet Your Teacher

Dawn Hancy

My passion is seeing people awaken to their healing journey and realize their true power to help others.

​

I'm dedicated to not only teaching Reiki, but helping all my students cultivate their satisfying and successful Reiki Path for optimal wellness and success.

​

Since I started teaching in 2017, I've been developing my own curriculum based on my research and observations, my own practice and my students.  Every time I teach my foundational courses, Bring Reiki to Life and Expand Your Reiki Horizons, I update them as I keep learning and responding to the needs of my students and community.  Thrive in '25! introduces new programs with Share the Gift of Reiki and Find Your Reiki Path as well as Reiki apprenticeships such as volunteering in the community and working with me.

I practice what I teach, starting and ending every day with Reiki self-healing, and using Reiki to guide and support me throughout my life.
