Learn instant self-care techniques for relaxation & rejuvenation in a small, supportive circle of women while you each receive an individual brief Reiki session (if desired). Share your favorite self-care strategies & hear what works for others. We'll program intentions into our energy fields & explore together the relationship between our Human Suits and our Higher Selves.

Women of any spiritual path or religion are all welcome, including the spontaneous, unlabeled or untraditional.
